- Reservations are required. Reservations made and confirmed via email are the only ones considered valid.
- The price includes accommodation and full breakfast, and is subject to local taxes.
- We require payment of the full amount of Your booking upon check-in. Payments are made in cash (in EUR or MKD). Card payments are currently not accepted, we apologize for any inconvenience caused (the nearest ATMs are located in the city of Resen).
- Kindly notify us immediately if there is any potential change in your booking.
- Due to our very small capacity and increasing demand for the rooms, as well as (unpleasant) experiences with unjustified last minute cancellations, we require small deposit (to be paid online via paypal) in order to guarantee Your booking with Villa Prespa.
Below please find our terms of deposit refunds for direct bookings with Villa Prespa:
- For cancellations of more than 7 days before arrival date: Your deposit will be fully refunded
- For cancellations 4-7 days before arrival date: We will refund 50% of Your deposit
- For cancellations of less than 4 days before arrival date: Your deposit is non-refundable
The hospitality and room rental services provided within the premises of Villa Prespa are delivered by members of rural household, in accordance with licenses issued by the Municipality of Resen and the Ministry of Economy or the Republic of North Macedonia.
